overview
Partnering with Lyft as an Offical Rideshare.

THE PROBLEM
Out of our seven locations, only one has a parking lot, the rest are all located in cities. Many times we get suburban or out-of-town people who message us asking where they can park. When ridesharing first became big in NY state we looked at it as another opportunity for guests.

implementation
The partnership allowed us to get official drop-off and pick-up zones through the city, discount codes for people coming to and from the restaurant as well as more untraditional marketing. Our Valentines Day promotion centered around Single awareness day offered a code for a Lyft home alone.

outcome
Not only did we gain an option for our guests to get to our restaurants, but we also ended up being a top drop-off and pick-up spot and helped boost the economy. In just one of our partnering cities, they say a $6 million economic boost in a year!
