Introduction

Born and raised in Northern New York…as far north as one can go, then moving to Syracuse the most central part, and now living in New York City I have had the pleasure of experiencing the many parts of this state. From jumping off mountains, hiking through waterfalls, amazing meals out, shopping, and drinking on the wine trails. I will tell you the must-dos and even the do-nots, with all the secrets we learn on the way as we explore from Upstate to New York City and maybe even a few one-offs.
